What would the dawn of the MTV era have in store for us in Season 15? More to the point: would we be given enough time to properly evaluate it? Owing to a truly baffling scheduling decision, Season 15 aired just hour-long episodes for the majority of its run, and the result was a mess. The fanbase grew more irritable with every passing week, and the development of queens eliminated early was practically nonexistent. When the show did expand back to its typical runtime, though, the season shifted into high gear — and the final four of Sasha Colby, Anetra, Luxx Noir London, and Mistress Isabelle Brooks more than made up for lost time. In the end, Sasha’s meet and greet ended with her in a crown, and the season was satisfying. (Albeit a bit less impressive than it could have been.)
