Often considered the best season ever, All Stars 2 was a major redemption for the All Stars concept. Four years after All Stars 1 flopped, World of Wonder and Logo tried again, this time without teams and with a bigger budget. They brought back superstar queens like Alaska, Katya, Alyssa Edwards, Adore Delano, and Detox, as well as former villains like Roxxxy Andrews, Phi Phi O’Hara, and Tatianna. The result: a firecracker of a season with plenty of juicy drama, great drag, and stellar performances. Tatianna’s spoken word rendition of “The Same Parts” was proof positive that something special was happening here, and her lip sync to “Shut Up and Drive” against Alyssa remains many viewers’ favorite lip sync battle ever. The last couple of episodes lagged a bit, but nowhere near enough to ruin what was a spectacular eight-episode season. (Just don’t ask us to talk about the reunion.)
